Having established a network with letting agents in London, West Suffolk and Central Bedfordshire, Zeri Properties Ltd enjoys working in partnership with local agents to ensure we provide boutique properties to busy professionals and travellers .

We are delighted to offer an extremely professional service where we always ensure the agent fees. We take properties on a long agreement with the option to buy the property at the end of the agreed period which is usually between 3 to 5 years.

All the properties being treated as if they were our own. This includes dealing in a timely manner with maintenance and ensuring that the properties are regularly inspected, regularly cleaned and gardens are tended to.
