We are delighted to offer our landlords an extremely professional service where we take properties on a long guaranteed fee agreement for periods between 3 to 5 years with the option to buy the property during the contract period, treating the properties as if they were our own. This includes dealing in a timely manner with maintenance and ensuring that the properties are regularly inspected, including being regularly cleaned and gardens tended to. Where necessary, we can offer a full refurbishment service with contemporary designs and fully furnished to a truly high standard.
